Q: How do I place an order?

- Detail the product you wish to order, the quantity, and your full delivery address (including postcode) on your order. If you require a next day service, or any documentation, please also note this on your order
- Please provide contact details, should we need to contact you regarding your order
Unfortunately, we are unable to take orders over the phone.
Our friendly sales team are available for any queries, information or further support you may need, and are contactable via telephone, email, fax and post.
Q: Are products/consignments delivered under temperature controlled conditions?
A: Yes, all of our consignments are sent out on temperature controlled vehicles. All of our products are stored in our temperature monitored warehouse.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?
A: Generally, all orders can be altered or cancelled once we have received them, and they have not been despatched on our system. We will usually ask for written confirmation of this, either by email or fax.
You’ll need to contact the Sales Office if you would like to cancel or alter your order.
If your order has already been despatched, alterations cannot be made.
Q: Can I order a product which is out of stock?
A: Yes, if you place an order for a product which is currently out of stock with us, we will place this order onto back order, or arrange for you to be notified when we are next in stock.
Upon receipt of the order, we will normally notify you the product is out of stock, and give you an estimated lead time for the new stock, if available.
Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?
A: No. We have no minimum order quantity. Please note, however, carriage charges may apply to small orders. Please contact the Sales Office should you require any further information on this, including delivery destination price variations.
Q: When can I expect my delivery?
A: We offer both a standard 2/3 day carrier service, and a Next Day service. Please contact our Sales Office should you require any further details on this, including any limitations.
Q: Do you charge for deliveries?
A: Should your order be under £275 NETT total (and to be delivered UK Mainland) there will generally be a carriage charge added to your order. Delivery to Ireland, Scotland, Highlands and Islands may differ. Please contact the Sales Office should you require any further information on this, including delivery destination price variations.
Q: Can I collect my order?
A: Yes. Customers are able to collect orders from the JML site. Please note:
- Goods will not be released until receipt of full payment has been received
- Customers should bring a copy of their proforma invoice when collecting their order
- Collection may only be made within the time frame given to the customer by a JML member of staff, for each particular order
Q: Does someone have to be present to sign for my order when it’s delivered to my delivery address?
A: Yes, someone must be present to sign for your goods upon their delivery.
Products and availability
Q: When will an out of stock product be back in stock?
A: We aim to remain in stock as much as possible, however, should a product not be in stock, we will be able to give you an estimated lead time from the date of your enquiry.
Q: What do I do if I can’t find a product I’m looking for on your website, or product list?
A: Please feel free to send us an email should you wish to order a product you can’t find listed, stating the product name and the quantities you are looking for. J M Loveridge staff will always do their upmost to obtain unlisted products for our customers, if possible.
Certificates and documentation
Q: Where can I get an SDS (Safety Data Sheet) for a product?
A: We are able to provide SDS’s for all our products. You should be able to find a printable version on our website after clicking on the relevant product. However, if you’re having difficulty finding a copy of the SDS you require, please contact us and we will be more than happy to send you out a copy.
Q: Can I have copies of certification/documentation?
A: J M Loveridge will always provide all documentation we hold that is relevant to a product. Please contact us if you require any documentation.
Q: Are J M Loveridge MHRA approved?
A: J M Loveridge proudly hold WDL and GDP certificates, copies of which are available on request. Please send in a written request via fax, email or post for these types of queries.
Q: Are CoA’s (Certificates of Analysis) available for all your products?
A: Yes. We are able to provide CoA’s/ Certificates of Conformity, as well as TSE/BSE statements, for all products we sell. Please send in a written request via fax, email or post for these types of queries.
Pricing and payments
Q: How can I get a current pricelist?
A: Our current pricelist is available to print/view from our website. You should be able to locate the pdf file at the bottom of the Home page. A printable version is also available here:price-list-june-2016 If you’re still having trouble accessing our pricelist, J M Loveridge staff are more than happy to send you a copy.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
Q: Once you have received a proforma invoice and would like to make payment against it, we ask that you either make payment via card over the phone, cheque, or BACS to our Accounts team. Further details can be obtained by contacting the sales office.
Q: Can I have a discount/ are there any price breaks?
A: If you’re looking to order a large quantity of some or one of our product/s, please send us an email asking for a quotation, and we’ll do our best to have a look at creating a special price for you. Please ensure the product/s you wish to order, and their quantities are clearly stated on your order.
